COE File Shares
The College of Education file server (COE Share) is available to most COE employees. If you are a COE employee and your work computer is running the Windows operating system on UO’s Active Directory, the file share should be mapped automatically when you login while on campus. Look in your “Computer” or “My Computer” to see if appears as “Network Location“.
For COE employees who do not have a computer joined to the UO’s Active Directory domain, please read our instructions on how to map a drive for computers with Windows.
For those using Apple computers or please read our instructions on how to map a drive for MacOS X computers.
Please note that if you are off campus, you will have to connect using the UO VPN (Virtual Private Networking). If you have never used the VPN connection, please review Information Services documentation on the VPN client. You will want to download and install the latest version of the Cisco “AnyConnect” VPN Client that is provided by the UO.
Your VPN connection should be set to “uovpn.uoregon.edu“. You connection username and password are you Duck ID credentials.
