After another user has logged on to your computer, the default log on screen will prompt you for that last user’s credentials rather than your own. Here is how to log in with your own AD account.
1. Click on the “Switch User” button as shown in the picture below.
2. Select the “Other User” option and you’ll be able to log on as normal.
If you cannot see a Switch User button, you will need to turn off your computer and restart it. This will allow you to select another log-on option upon start up by following the directions listed above.
After this process, your computer will continue to prompt you for your own username and password on start-up until someone else logs in again.
